D2O laser for absolute frequency measurements

Abstract:
A description is given of a laser system emitting up to 40 mW at λ = 84 μ. The results are reported of an investigation of the power characteristics and of beat signals between a D2O laser, on the one hand, and HCN and H2O lasers, on the other.
