Determination of the altitude profiles of the parameter Cn2 in the atmosphere from optical radar measurements

M. S. Belen'kii, V. L. Mironov
Abstract: An analysis is made of the spatial structure of the fluctuations of the reflected optical field in a turbulent medium. A more accurate functional relationship is obtained for the determination of the altitude profiles Cn2(h) from the optical amplitude measurements. The mathematical analysis of the experimental results is discussed. Examples of the determination of Cn2(h) are given.
