Abstract:
An analysis was made of the conversion of infrared radiation in a crystal of a new nonlinear material AgGaS2. A high resolution was achieved in the conversion of an infrared image. The power conversion efficiency for a signal of λ = 10.6 μ wavelength was 40%.
