Abstract: An investigation was made of the behavior of the temporal coherence of the radiation emitted by singlemode pulse semiconductor lasers as a function of the duration and amplitude of the pump current phases. A method for determination of the optimal recording conditions was developed and it was found that holograms could be recorded using one single-mode pulse and an image converter.
