Iteration algorithm for the synthesis of the shape of the reflecting surface of a flexible active mirror

V. V. Apollonov, E. A. Ivanova, V. V. Kiyko, S. A. Chetkin
Abstract: An analysis is made of the possibility of using a linear iteration algorithm to control the synthesis of the shape of a flexible active mirror when the individual actuators exhibit nonlinear hysteretic electromechanical properties and are coupled via an elastic substrate of the mirror. The results are given of an experimental test of this iteration algorithm and its fast convergence is demonstrated.
