Supercondensation effect in diffusion evaporation of a water aerosol in radiation field

Abstract:
The effects resulting from the thermal and diffusion interaction of drops in the evaporation of a polydisperse water aerosol by CO2 laser radiation are considered. It is shown that allowance for the Supercondensation effect does not alter the conditions of transmission of 10.6 μ radiation through atmospheric clouds and mists, compared with the conditions predicted on the assumption of independent evaporation of drops.
