Abstract: A study was made of the operation of an electron-beam-controlled CO laser based on two-quantum transitions in the carbon monoxide molecule and pumped by a discharge from a pulse-forming LC line. The use of this line made it possible to increase considerably the efficiency of two-quantum lasing transitions.
