Multiple use of wavefront reversal in laser systems

Abstract:
Wavefront reversal was used repeatedly in laser systems to generate high-power light pulses with a high energy contrast and a high quality of focusing on a target. Double use of the reversal made it possible to achieve a master-oscillator signal gain of the order of $10^6-10^7$ without additional optical isolators.
