Investigation of anisotropic diffused optical waveguides in LiNbO3

Abstract:
An investigation was made of the polarization and spectral characteristics of diffused optical waveguides in LiNbO3 for different angles of the propagation of light relative to the crystal axis. The experimental results are compared with the theory.
