Abstract:
A high-efficiency pulse-periodic laser utilizing high-concentration$Li-Nd-La$ phophate glass, operating in the free-oscillation regime with an efficiency of up to 4%, has been developed. An average output power of 14.5 W was obtained at a pulse repetition frequency of 8 Hz.
