An increase in nonlinear resonant susceptibility induced by polarization transfer in molecular collisions

Kirensky Institute of Physics, Siberian Branch of USSR Academy of Sciences, Krasnoyarsk
Abstract: An influence has been investigated of the collisional spectral exchange on a nonli деаг susceptibility of molecular medium. Possible increase is shown of the resonant non linear susceptibility in the IR region by an order of magnitude as well as investigations of intra- and intermolecular collisional coherence transfer.
