Full-text PDF (495 kB) Citations (1)
Abstract: Raman lasers with liquid carbon disulfide, nitromethane, benzene, and nitrobenzene active media were used to excite stimulated Raman spectra in crystalline transparent and absorbing matrices. The high efficiency of these lasers in this application was noted and a qualitative physical interpretation of the observed phenomena was developed.
