Abstract: The maximum of the dissociation probability of the 11BCl3 molecule was found to be shifted by 17 cm–1 in the direction of longer wavelengths, relative to the maximum of the profile of linear absorption, as the result of the ν = 0→ν = 1 transition. An investigation was made of the frequency dependence of the selectivity of the dissociation of the 10BCl3 and 11BCl3 molecules.
