Abstract: Theoretical problems connected with analysis of integrated control mechanisms for the organizational-technical systems (OTS) are discussed. These systems existing classification extension is offered, arising with transition from separate control mechanisms to integrated ones. A detailed consideration is given of two key problems: the integrated mechanism' efficiency and strategy-proofness assessment and the possibility of its decomposition to assess separate elementary mechanisms.
