Abstract: Functional and algorithmic structures of a decision-making support system comprising a mathematical model of management activity scenarios and a multi-criterion model of alternatives comparison are developed. A software suite implementing the developed procedures is described. The software provides the user interface enabling interactive formation of management scenarios and a preference system for the best decision-making.
