Decision support systems in medicine

Abstract:
The problem of decision support in medicine comes to the forefront in the problems of intellectualization of medicine.
The article discusses the barriers to solving the problem of creating a DSS for medicine.
Based on the analytical review, possible approaches to overcoming conceptual barriers are presented.
In the paper considers a hybrid model of a wide class of decision support systems for medicine.
The results can be used by IT developers to build systems to support medical decision-making based on the scientific and empirical component of medical knowledge.
