Abstract: The optimization problem of controlled voltage impulse in form of two time functions is considered for carry out swap operation. This operation is an interchange of spin information in system of two vertically concatenating levels of tunnel-coupled semiconducting quantum dots. An equivalent optimal control problem with terminal constraints and minimum time functional is formulated and solved.
Key words and phrases: optimal control problem, numerical methods, quantum dot.
