Mathematical model of liquid immersion cooling system for supercomputer

Abstract:
In this paper, a model of the cooling system for supercomputer with their direct contact with the refrigerant. The first part considers the capabilities of the system with natural circulation of the liquid refrigerant. The second for the case of boiling refrigerant in the heater and condensed in the condenser. In all cases there are no pumps to pump the refrigerant. In the third part a comparison of these two systems.
