Abstract:
This paper presents theoretical results derived by authors for a quasi-linear stochastic control problem with incomplete information. The information constraints manifest themselves in that each component of the control strategy vector depends on a preliminary assigned set of precisely measured state vector components. The results are used to the flexible satellite stabilization problem. The flexible satellite is a perfectly rigid artificial Earth satellite with an elastic rod represented by a radio antenna or gravitational stabilization girder. The paper contains the solutions of satellite stabilization problem in various cases of information constraints. These results allow one to choose a suitable set of the satellite dynamical parameters to be measured. (In Russian).
