Economic efficiency of software sales in the presence of pirate market

Abstract:
In economic systems familiar to us kinds of resources such as labor, capital and other have been well studied. Recently, however, information resources are gaining increasing popularity. In this paper we consider the problem of optimal pricing for maximum profit by the sale of such information as a resource software. Economic system consisting of firm — software vendor and buyers is considered here. Thus consider two cases: software sales in the presence and absence of the black market. The balance equation and obtain conditions for optimal choice of the purchase price depending on the number of copies sold were composed in both cases. (In Russian).
