Classification of all Uq(sl2)-actions on the quantum plane and their classical limit

A complete list of Uq(sl2) -module algebra structures on the quantum plane is presented. The (uncountable family of) isomorphism classes of such structures are described. The composition series of representations in question are presented. The classical limit for all actions is given.
