Abstract:
The theory of wave turbulence (WT) has been intensively developing in physical works since the 1960s. It can be considered as a kinetic theory of interacting nonlinear waves, parallel to the famous kinetic theory of R. Peierls, and as a toy model for the theory of strong turbulence.
