Abstract:
: The development of bibliometric equilibrium models requires empirical
research that allows to formalize the behavior of its agents: authors, journals and
coordinators. The report proposes three behavioral models of highly rated mathematical
journals based on data Math-Net.Ru. The constructed models do not show a connection
between high ratings and publication activity of editorial board members and selfcitation of journals, which should be taken into account when developing new models
of bibliographic equilibrium.
