Abstract:
In our talk we discuss the unusual "shadow of entanglement" effect present in systems subject to the phenomenon of entanglement islands. The effect of the shadow of entanglement lies in the fact that within the spatial subdomain there are zones that completely do not contain the "density of entanglement" within themselves. The appearance of such shadows in the physics of black holes, the Page curve, as well as the connection of such shadows with the theory of quantum error-correcting codes will be discussed.
