Multiscale modeling of cardiovascular system

The report presents a set of mathematical models of different spatial and temporal scales for solving practically significant clinical problems in cardiovascular field. The parameters of the models, as well as the initial and boundary conditions are set based on the data of standard medical protocols used in most medical institutions specializing in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular and oncological diseases. All models are based on first principles. Their mathematical complexity is balanced in such a way that the results of the simulations are usefull for medical doctors.
