Titchmarsh phenomenon in the theory of Riemann zeta-function (joint work with S.V. Konyagin)

In the talk, we present some new results concerning maximums of the modulus and the argument of the Riemann zeta-function $\zeta(s)$ on the short intervals of the critical line. These results were obtained by S.V. Konyagin and the speaker in their recent paper.
