On asymptotically efficient confidence estimation

In the problem of estimation of multidimensional parameter we prove the lower bound of efficiency in the zone of moderate deviation probabilities. The assumptions are rather weak. This lower bound can be considered as Hajek-Le Cam lower bound in the zone of moderate deviation probabilities.
