On the global behaviour of solutions to the Brinkman–Forchheimer equations

In this talk we will discuss the stabilization of solutions to initial-boundary value problems for the Brinkman–Forchheimer equations, which describe the motion of liquid in porous medium. We also discuss the existence of the global and exponential attractors for dynamic systems generated by initial-boundary value problems for the Brinkman–Forchheimer equations and related systems of equations in hydrodinamics.
