Abstract:
The emergence of scientific mathematical schools in Soviet Russia represents a vast and extremely interesting section in the history of Russian mathematics. The lecture is dedicated to the founder of the Irkutsk scientific school on algebra, logic and cybernetics, Ali Ivanovich Kokorin (1929-1987). We will consider the stages of his life path, as well as the scientific, educational and organizational activities when creating a scientific school in the Irkutsk period of his life.
