Propagation of localized quantum states on singular manifolds

We study propagation of localized quantum states on singular spaces, obtained by gluing several Riemannian manifolds by a number of segments. We describe the relation of this quantumproblem to the behaviour of geodesics on the manifolds as well as to the certain problems of analytic number theory.
