We will construct a birational map of a nodal cubic hypersurface containing
a rational curve to the intersection of quadric and cubic with $16$ new double
points.
K. Hong.
I will talk about the factoriality of a nodal quartic hypersurface in $\mathbb P^4$
and a nodal quartic double solid.
