Cramér asymptotics in systems with slow motions and mixing fast motions

Averaging is justified for systems with slow motions and exponentially mixing fast motions in the case where the fast motions depend on the slow motions, and conversely. In particular, for the slow motions the central limit theorem is proved and the Cramér asymptotics of the probabilities of large deviations is computed.
