On the sums constructed by primes and linear recurrents of a special type

In the talk, we will discuss rational exponential sums over linear recurrents of a special type, and the upper bound estimates for such sums. As an application, we will prove some additive theorems and, in particular, the analogue of N.P. Romanov's theorem.
