Fast Maximum-Likelihood Decoding of Reed–Muller Codes

Abstract: We describe a maximum-likelihood algorithm for Reed–Muller codes and some suboptimal decoding algorithms. The complexity of the algorithms and some estimates of error tolerance are considered.
