Automata Theory

Two Observations Regarding the Stopping Problem in Cellular Growth Models

S. V. Solntsev
Abstract: An improved estimate is given for the maximum length of a configuration of identical automaton states for a specified automaton complexity in linear cellular space. An estimate is obtained for the length of the segment of close packings by ends of configurations, for a specified complexity.
