Discriminant Analysis of Normal Populations Represented by Large Samples

L. G. Malinovskii
Abstract: An algorithm is given for the plotting of all extremal values of various criteria of discriminant directions. It is shown that this algorithm can be used in the case of large samples to test a hypothesis concerning the properties of the probability distribution functions and to formulate classification rules.
