Existence Conditions for a Steady-State Mode for Two Types of Communications Networks with Message Switching

Abstract:
In this paper we obtain necessary and sufficient existence conditions for a steady-state mode for homogeneous Markov processes that model two classes of communications networks with message switching –networks with priority servicing and networks with monotonic routes.
