Sequency of Walsh Functions and Their Generalizations

Abstract: The sequency concept, slightly modified in application to Walsh functions from Harmuth?s original definition, is generalized to the case of functions forming an arbitrary periodic Vilenkin-multiplicative orthonormal system.
