Simulation of “Belt”-type galathea plasma configurations

Abstract: Numerical models describing the formation of equilibrium “Belt”-type plasma configurations using direct discharge are developed. The magnetobaric characteristics $p(\Psi)$ of these configurations are determined. The calculation results are in agreement with experimental data.
