Mechanism of superdeep penetration of particles into a metal target

S. P. Kiselev, V. P. Kiselev

Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Siberian Division, Russian Academy of Sciences, Novosibirsk 630090
Abstract: A physicomathematical model of superdeep penetration taking into account the strength properties of the target is proposed. Based on this model, the problem of superdeep penetration of tungsten particles into a steel target has been solved for the first time.
