Determining elastic and plastic deformation regions in a problem of unixaxial tension of a plate weakened by holes

Abstract: This paper describes a solution to the problem of determining the elastic and plastic deformation regions arising in a plate that is under tension and weakened by two circular holes in the case of a plane stress state. A method for solving the problem is based on the use of conservation laws.
