Single crystals of TlIn$_{1-x}$Co$_{x}$Se$_{2}$ (0 $\le x\le$ 0.5) solid solutions as effective materials for semiconductor tensometry

Abstract:
We present the results of investigation of the tensoresistive characteristics of crystals of TlIn$_{1-x}$Co$_{x}$Se$_{2}$ solid solutions with compositions in the interval of cobalt concentrations within 0 $\le x\le$ 0.5. In addition, the temperature dependence of the tensometric sensitivity of crystals has been studied at 300 K $\le T\le$ 410 K. The crystals under consideration proved to be promising materials for semiconductor tensometry.
