Abstract:
Noise-wave generation in a single-frequency oscillator based on a 7-mm-band avalanche-transit diode has been implemented for the first time under the action of a low-frequency narrow-band ($\sim$3 MHz) noise signal on an avalanche-transit-diode feed circuit.
