Abstract: The phenomenon of tunneling ionization involving electron bound by two delta-potentials under the action of a constant electric field has been studied. Distributions of the electron-current density for two different initial states are found. Dependence of the emission current on the orientation of potentials relative to the field direction and the distance between their centers is established. Conditions of manifestation of the interference effects are determined.
