Abstract:
Results are presented obtained in measurements of current–voltage characteristics of organic solar cells with and without antiref lection coatings produced by melting in a solar furnace of 95 : 5 and 55 : 45 wt % MgF$_2$ and CaF$_2$ fluoride mixtures. The relative increase in the efficiency of the organic solar cells was 3.2% in the first case and 3.3% in the second.
