Direct measurements of the dynamics of the electrocaloric response of ferroelectrics under conditions of arbitrary heat transfer

Abstract: We have a new, effective method for direct measurements of the electrocaloric effect under arbitrary heat transfer conditions. The accuracy and reliability of measurements of the dynamics of changes in the sample temperature are due to the use of photodiode temperature sensors of the mid-IR range with the possibility of their in situ calibration.
