Abstract:
We present the results of tribological studies of carbon fibre composite with fullerene soot nanoparticles. With an increase in the concentration of fullerene soot to 4 wt%, the dry friction coefficient does not actually change, and an increase in the friction force occurs due to the forces of intermolecular attraction, the resultant of which monotonically increases.
