Abstract:
Development of new inorganic perovskite solar cells with a photoactive layer based on perovskite-related bismuth orthoferrite (BiFeO$_3$) and a photoelectrode based on zirconium oxide (ZrO$_2$) is presented. The behavior of the optical and photovoltaic characteristics of perovskite solar cells has been studied under both standard (AM1.5G) and variable illumination conditions in the range of 20–1000 W/m$^2$. High long-term stability of the parameters has been shown for the developed perovskite solar cells in high humid air atmosphere.
