Abstract:
The terahertz time domain spectroscopy was used to study the terahertz electromagnetic response in the spectral range 0.2–2.9 THz of composite films based on organometallic perovskite CH$_{3}$NH$_{3}$PbI$_{3}$ and graphene oxide (GO) particles with a GO content of
$\sim$0, 2, 6, 15 wt%. A significant increase in the terahertz absorption coefficient and the real part of the high-frequency conductivity of the CH$_{3}$NH$_{3}$PbI$_{3}$:GO composite was found with an increase in the content of GO particles in the composite. However, the contribution to the absorption and high-frequency conductivity of vibrational modes in the perovskite molecule at 0.96 and 1.92 THz significantly decreases with an increase in the GO concentration.
