Photoluminescence and photoelectric properties of the ZnO–LiNbO$_{3}$ thin-film structure in the ultraviolet and visible spectral regions

Abstract:
The results of studies of the structural, optical, photoluminescence, and photoelectric properties of the ZnO–LiNbO$_{3}$ thin-film structure are reported. The results of X-ray structural analysis of a zinc-oxide film synthesized on a single-crystal lithium-niobate substrate and on a quartz glassy substrate are presented. The transmittance, reflectance, absorption, photoluminescence, and photocurrent spectra of the ZnO–LiNbO$_{3}$ thin-film and ZnO–SiO$_{2}$ structures in the ultraviolet and visible spectral regions are given.
